Appik connects your noCRM.io account to your assistant through a remote MCP server. The assistant has nine tools to read and update your pipeline.
List and filter leads by status, step, owner, contact email, starred, updated date or title text. Read a lead's full details and its comments.

Create a lead. Update its title, amount, probability, step, status with a reminder date, owner, tags or estimated closing date. Append text to its description.
Add a comment to a lead, optionally as an activity such as a call.
Your assistant receives tool results to answer your requests. Appik does not store your CRM data.
Your noCRM.io key is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. It is never displayed or logged.
Access tokens expire after one hour. Only their hashes are stored.
Data passes through Appik to answer requests and is not stored. Anthropic or OpenAI handles tool results under its own terms.
Connections only accept official Claude, ChatGPT and local developer-tool callback addresses.

No. Enter your noCRM.io subdomain and API key during the connection step in your assistant.
In noCRM.io, open Admin Panel > Integrations > API > API Keys. Create a new key dedicated to this connection.
No. None of the nine tools can delete data. They can read pipeline data, create or update leads and add comments.
Disconnect the connector in your assistant. To cut account access immediately, delete the API key in noCRM.io. To request deletion of your connection and its encrypted key at Appik, email contact@appik-studio.ch.
